Keez is the leader of a Californian street gang known as "the Ghosts". He is a fan of Fang and the Flock, and also reads Fang's blog. He let Fang stay at one of his hideouts when his mini-Flock needed a place to stay.
Later, he also made the Ghosts help attack some Flyboys, and gave Iggy a crow-bar for the fight.
